Field Implementation Specialist II - SFO

One of Insight Global’s clients Field Services Delivery (FSD) team is looking for a technician to support a hardware lifecycle refresh project. This position is located in San Francisco/SFO airport. This project will be supporting the FSD team in preparing, setting up, reclaiming and deploying new iOS devices to internal business groups. The role requires interacting with customer-facing clients, asset tracking, and onsite presence - 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume iOS devices and asset inventories across airport locations

Configure, deploy, map, refresh, and troubleshoot iPhones and customer service devices

Utilize MDM tools to provision, maintain, and track devices throughout their lifecycle

Support hardware refresh initiatives, including EFE refresh projects and customer service device mapping

Provide onsite customer-facing support and communicate technical issues in non-technical terms

Document support issues, maintain asset records, and escalate technical concerns when necessary

Crosstrain and assist with additional teams, projects, and SOW-related initiatives as needed

Support approximately 17,000+ end-user devices across various locations and business unit

Experience supporting iOS devices in a large enterprise environment

Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and large-scale device deployments OR asset management/tracking and device lifecycle management experience

Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn

Ability to work independently in an airport operational environment and qualify for airport badging/SIDA access

Ability for extensive walking standing, lifting (30+ pounds), and movement across terminals

Availability to travel and flexibility to work early mornings and/or nights (4:30AM-11PM) ServiceNow experience

Service Desk in-person experience
