Product Support Specialist - Relocate to Warroad, MN

This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you’re considering relocating to Warroad, you may be eligible for a relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Highlights of your role:

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals

• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment

• Associate degree in a related field preferred
• Technical curiosity and the ability to learn product systems quickly
• Ability to self-manage priorities, timelines, and details
• A solution-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, pay based on experience
