Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cyber systems engineering for secure, multi-enclave launch and test networks. You join a cross-functional team within Mission Systems to shape RMF/ATO posture and implement hardened configurations. You will work on DoD RMF compliance, network security design, and automation to maintain mission availability. This on-site position offers a chance to contribute to critical defense programs and advance secure architectures in a high-stakes environment. Compensation / Benefits * Own security architecture and RMF/ATO posture for networked systems * Collaborate with ISSMs/ISSOs and stakeholders to implement DoD RMF compliant changes * Design and secure multi enclave networks (classified and unclassified) * Review and influence network designs for security hardening * Plan and sustain enterprise scale network security services and artifacts * Lead or provide cybersecurity guidance for system and network configuration * Plan end-to-end testing and validate configurations for reliability and compliance * Support vulnerability management with remediation planning and compensating controls * Automate secure configurations and evidence generation using scripting/infrastructure as code * Perform physical layer installation tasks as needed to support secure builds * Produce status reports and risk summaries for leadership and customers Tasks * Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility * DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) * Hands-on cyber/security engineering experience on complex networked systems * Experience applying RMF * Experience with security controls for Microsoft and Linux systems * IP networking knowledge sufficient to critique designs * US citizenship * On-site, on-site work requirement * Bachelor’s/master/PhD in STEM with specified years of related experience (see Basic Qualifications) Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * relocation assistance
