Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to the enterprise-wide digital transformation by delivering embedded software for mission systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement C/C++ solutions across the software lifecycle and verify them on simulators and production hardware. You’ll apply modern techniques and DevSecOps practices to accelerate secure, reliable defense software. You will help drive innovation and automation within a culture that values learning and teamwork. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze, develop, and modify existing software using modern development techniques * Identify risks, propose mitigations, track defects, and report status * Design, build, and execute unit tests; develop verification test plans and report results * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to test software on simulators and production hardware * Assess new technologies prior to implementation * Participate in systems engineering reviews to ensure end-to-end requirements * Contribute to the organization’s agile, automated development culture Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related STEM Degree * US Citizenship * Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (SAP) continuously for employment * Must have 6 years’ experience in C/C++ * Must have 6 years’ experience with real-time embedded software * Must have 6 years’ experience with full software lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, debug and maintenance Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * discretionary bonus potential
