Epic- Gallery and HIM Applications Analyst III

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Epic EHR design, implementation, and optimization across Health First IDN. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align Epic systems with business needs and regulatory standards. You drive performance improvement through data reporting, advanced configuration, and proactive enhancements to ensure secure, reliable, and user-friendly Epic applications. You will work with cross-functional partners on upgrades and change management, delivering measurable impact in end-user experience and efficiency. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role with a clear impact on healthcare delivery and compliance. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Epic EHR implementation projects and optimization efforts to boost efficiency and user experience * Perform complex configurations and advanced troubleshooting to ensure system stability and usability * Deliver end-user training and create documentation to support knowledge sharing * Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data extractions for organizational and clinical reporting * Coordinate with cross-functional teams on upgrades, enhancements, testing, and change management * Ensure compliance with HIPAA, TJC, and Health First policies and procedures * Serve as escalation point for junior analysts and SME for complex Epic issues * Provide leadership insights on strategies, performance metrics, and long-term system improvements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare or Business Administration or related field * Four years of experience with an EHR including system configuration and support * Accreditation(s) in required multiple specialties prior to start date and maintained * Advanced knowledge of Epic modules * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Advanced project management skills * Familiarity with Healthcare IT regulations * Six years of EHR experience in lieu of education (if applicable) Key requirements *
