Data Coordinator

Freedom Partners Shared Services (FP Shared Services) is seeking a Data Coordinator to provide support for Americans for Prosperity state chapters to ensure optimal utilization of technology and data in the field. FP Shared Services’ team is comprised of people who bring expertise from all areas - HR, recruiting, technology, facilities - just to name a few. • Handle requests for data services from the field staff, to include developing walk books, scrubbing and republishing surveys, and processing other data collected from the field.
• Create surveys and flagging system so captured data is properly stored in the i360 portal for continued modeling and analytics.
• Provide support to field staff for any issues or questions surrounding the i360 portal.

• 2+ years grassroots experience preferred
• Must possess strong computer skills including understanding of various data software
• Experience with grassroots operations preferable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with state and national staff, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with i360 portal preferred
• Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude
