Experteer Overview In this role you shape and lead Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment. You define a portfolio of AI offerings, align assets with SAP ecosystems, and drive go-to-market and delivery models. You collaborate across Accenture capabilities to tailor enterprise-grade AI for mid-market clients. You’ll build assets, mentor teams, and advance a culture of experimentation and applied innovation. This is a chance to influence how AI enables value creation at scale for SAP-focused clients. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, including templates and playbooks * Translate broad AI assets into right-sized, value-focused offerings * Refine the delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets: blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation guides * Craft differentiated AI messaging for the mid-market SAP space and embed AI themes in client conversations * Develop thought leadership content and represent the practice externally at industry forums * Collaborate with Accenture AI, data, and technology practices; leverage Centers of Excellence and alliance teams * Lead and mentor a growing community of AI practitioners and define capability development paths * Track AI technology trends, SAP roadmap developments, and competitive positioning to stay current Tasks * Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting with a meaningful focus on AI, data, or advanced analytics * Minimum of 4 years of experience developing or scaling a consulting practice or offering * Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) and AI intersecting ERP processes * Minimum of 2 years experience in a large, matrixed organization with shared services or CoEs * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) * Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into client-ready narratives and business value propositions * Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable with C-suite and multi-stakeholder discussions Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
