Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment, shaping offerings, messaging, and delivery approaches. You’ll translate global AI assets into right-sized, fast-to-value solutions for mid-market clients and lead a growing AI practice within the SAP ecosystem. You will collaborate across Accenture capabilities, build reusable assets, and coach a community of AI professionals. This is a builder and thought-leader role with a direct impact on client outcomes and market differentiation. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets and alliances into mid-market-ready offerings * Establish and refine the delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated AI positioning for mid-market SAP; embed AI themes into client conversations, proposals, and pursuit strategies * Create thought leadership content and represent the practice at client briefings and SAP ecosystem events * Coordinate with Accenture AI, data, and technology practices to leverage enterprise capabilities without over-engineering * Mentor and grow an AI practitioner community; define capability development pathways and recruit/upskill talent * Track AI technology trends, SAP AI roadmap, and competitor positioning to stay current * Travel as needed (0-100%) to meet business needs Tasks * Minimum 10 years of enterprise technology consulting experience with a meaningful AI/analytics focus * Minimum 4 years scaling or developing a consulting practice or offering * Minimum 3 years SAP ecosystem experience (S/4HANA, BTP or equivalent) and understanding of AI in ERP processes * Minimum 2 years navigating matrixed, large-enterprise organizations and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); Associate degree requires 6 years of work experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off * well-being and continuous learning opportunities
