Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive AI strategy for the mid-market SAP group, creating a differentiated AI practice tailored to mid-market clients. You will develop core AI offerings, shape messaging, and collaborate with Accenture’s capabilities to adapt enterprise AI for SAP environments. As a leader, you will build assets, guide delivery models, and help teams win and deliver at scale. This is a builder and thought-leader position with a strong cross-functional and client-facing element. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including delivery frameworks and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale * Refine the delivery model, including talent, tooling, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets (blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, playbooks) to enable selling and delivery * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI in mid-market SAP * Collaborate with sales, marketing and accounts to embed AI themes in client conversations and proposals * Create thought leadership content and represent the practice at events and SAP forums * Liaise with Accenture’s AI, data, and technology practices and leverage alliances * Mentor AI practitioners and build a learning culture within the group * Track AI technology trends, SAP AI roadmap, and competitor positioning Tasks * Minimum of 10 years of enterprise technology consulting experience with AI, data, or advanced analytics * At least 4 years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) * At least 2 years navigating a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
