Technical Architect

• Providing active technical support to the management and planning teams within the company.
• Preparing detailed project budgets, cost calculations, and comprehensive financial proposals.
• Managing and overseeing on-site execution, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets technical specifications.
• Preparing technical progress certifications and official project documentations.
• Drafting and monitoring health and safety plans to maintain strict workplace safety standards on active sites.

• University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related technical degree.
• Minimum of 12 months of work experience, preferably within the building and construction industry.
• Good command of industry-standard software programs, specifically Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in Catalan and Spanish to handle local documentation and maintain clear communication with site workers, clients, and local authorities.
• Valid Class B driving license to travel between the central office in Porreres and various job sites.

• An attractive gross annual compensation of €48,596.43.
• Full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a half-hour break included.
• A structured workplace environment in Porreres with well-defined project workflows.
