Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background delivering CRM and business transformation projects to take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful delivery. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, consultants and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard., * Take full ownership of CRM projects from initiation through to delivery and transition into support.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate these into clear project plans and deliverables.
  • Lead project teams comprising CRM consultants, developers, architects, business analysts and other technical specialists.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering groups and regular status updates.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress against agreed milestones, budgets and deliverables.
  • Manage change requests and ensure appropriate governance around changes to scope and requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to ensure solutions are delivered in line with client requirements.
  • Ensure projects follow appropriate delivery methodologies, governance and quality standards.
  • Support user acceptance testing, deployment, go-live and post-go-live activities.
  • Provide clear and accurate reporting to senior management and clients.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and the wider CRM practice., This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM Project Manager who wants to work on varied transformation projects rather than being tied to a single platform.

Requirements

The business has established practices across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Creatio CRM, giving you exposure to a broad range of CRM technologies and transformation projects., * Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM implementation projects.

  • 5 years Experience working within a client-facing consultancy or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM implementation life cycles and methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Strong project planning, organisation and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, issues and project dependencies.
  • The ability to confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A pragmatic, commercially aware approach to project delivery.
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM would be highly desirable, particularly across areas such as:

  • Customer Insights (Marketing)
  • Customer Service

Experience with Creatio CRM would also be advantageous, although it is not essential.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have worked on CRM transformation programmes and understand the challenges involved in delivering technology solutions within a client environment. QualificationsRelevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or PMP would be beneficial, but practical project delivery experience is more important than certification alone., Whether your background is primarily in Dynamics 365 CE, Creatio or another leading CRM platform, if you have a strong track record of delivering complex client-facing projects, we’d like to hear from you.
