IT Project Manager - CRM

We are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformation and technology projects across our client portfolio.

You will play a critical role in managing end-to-end project delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in complex environments., * Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Engage and manage stakeholders across organisations, suppliers, and internal teams
• Deliver healthcare IT and transformation projects (e.g. CRM, EPR, digital transformation, operational change)
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards
• Facilitate governance, reporting, and steering group updates
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Support business development activities where appropriate

Do you have experience in CRM software?, * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the healthcare sector (Private or Public)

• Track record of delivering complex projects (e.g. CRM, EPR, digital transformation, system implementations)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Experience managing budgets, risks, and project governance
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent methodologies, * Project Management: 5 years (required)
• CRM software: 1 year (required)
