Job description

We’re working with a growing software company looking for an Application Support Analyst to join its Exeter based support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, application support, technical support or software support experience who enjoys solving problems and helping customers get the most from technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing first line support via phone, email and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting software issues and user queries
  • Helping customers maximise their use of the platform
  • Escalating more technical issues where required
  • Working closely with internal support and technical teams, * Full product training provided
  • Clear progression into 2nd/3rd line and Software Development roles
  • Hybrid working and flexible hours
