Software Support Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Software Support Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for helping keep our consumers’ systems operating smoothly by providing technical support and resolving software-related issues. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems while helping people and delivering excellent customer service., * Provide technical support for software systems and applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for consumers and internal users
• Help maintain smooth operation of client and server systems
• Support Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
• Assist with database-related support and troubleshooting
• Support and maintain Microsoft web servers
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows print services
• Work with software systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate clearly with users to provide guidance and technical assistance
• Learn and become proficient with various software systems and technologies

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems

• Knowledge of databases and Microsoft web servers
• Knowledge of Windows print service management
• Basic understanding of T-SQL
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various software systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing technical support for complete software systems, * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred OR

• Equivalent professional experience
