Job description

Experteer Overview In this Manager role within Deloitte Tax LLP’s NFTS TARDI team, you shape data-driven, web-based tax technology solutions for large fixed income portfolios. You translate stakeholder needs into clear product priorities and drive delivery with cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore models. You’ll lead agile practices, manage backlogs, and guide junior members to ensure high-quality releases. This role combines tax, finance, and technology to enable complex tax planning and reporting at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate tax, financial, and operational requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs * Own and prioritize the product backlog and align roadmap to deliver high-value features * Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement * Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting across teams * Support testing, release readiness, documentation, and adoption of enterprise tools while mentoring juniors Tasks * 5+ years in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or enterprise software delivery * Experience delivering enterprise software from ideation to production release * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs * Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira * Ability to travel ~25% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Active accreditation: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or professional certifications like PMP, CFA, PE; CSPO/SAFe/PMI-ACP prefered Key requirements *
