Software Engineer Manager, Tax Analysis & Debt Investments (TARDI)

Experteer Overview In this role you shape and deliver data-driven, web-based tax technology for large fixed income portfolios. You will translate stakeholder needs into priorities, requirements, and delivery plans as a technically grounded product owner and project manager. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery, driving agile execution and adoption of enterprise tools. This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on scalable tax planning, reporting, and compliance solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Translate tax, financial, and operational needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications * Own and prioritize the product backlog and align roadmaps for high-value features * Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement in delivery * Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reports across teams * Support testing, release readiness, and documentation while mentoring juniors Tasks * 5+ years in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or enterprise software delivery * 5+ years delivering enterprise software from ideation to production release * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications * Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira * Ability to travel ~25% * Hybrid work model experience * Licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, Attorney, or related certification preferred (PMP, CFA, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) * Experience with .NET/C#, Azure, SQL, data reporting workflows, and enterprise documentation tools Key requirements *
