Experteer Overview In this role you guide data-driven, web-based applications for complex tax planning, reporting, and compliance within large fixed income portfolios. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn tax and financial needs into actionable product priorities and delivery outcomes. You’ll lead Agile delivery across onshore and offshore squads, mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality releases. This is a hands-on product owner and project manager role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a clear impact on client tax technology solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Translate business, tax, and financial requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs * Own and prioritize the product backlog and align roadmap with high-value features * Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery activities (planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) * Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across onshore/offshore teams * Support testing, release readiness, documentation, and adoption of enterprise tools while mentoring juniors Tasks * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * 5+ years in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or enterprise software delivery * 5+ years leading delivery of enterprise software from ideation through production release * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs * Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira * Ability to travel ~25% * Accreditation: CPA licensed or licensed attorney/enrolled agent or PMP/CFA/PE/other listed * Experience with .NET/C#, Azure, SQL, data reporting workflows * Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, release planning * Experience with Confluence or SharePoint Key requirements *
