Experteer Overview As Manager on the NFTS TARDI team, you shape data-driven, web-based applications for tax planning, reporting and compliance of large fixed income portfolios. You bridge business needs and technology to set product priorities and deliverables. You lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers impact by advancing tax technology and data management for complex debt instruments, with a strong focus on delivery outcomes and stakeholder alignment. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to translate tax, financial, and ops requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs * Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and roadmap alignment for high-value features * Lead Agile delivery activities across sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives * Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status across onshore and offshore team members * Support testing, defect triage, release readiness, documentation, and adoption; mentor junior team members and interns Tasks * 5+ years in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or enterprise software delivery * 5+ years delivering enterprise software from ideation through production release * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications * Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira * Willingness to travel ~25% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Active accreditations: CPA (if eligible), Attorney, or Enrolled Agent * Certifications: PMP, CFA, Professional Engineer; CSPO/SAFe PO, PMI-ACP preferred * Experience in financial services, tax technology, consulting, or professional services * Experience with Microsoft .NET or C# stacks, Azure, SQL, data reporting workflows * Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and release planning * Experience with Confluence or SharePoint Key requirements *
