Senior, SAP Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you help clients maximize SAP Global Trade investments and align trade processes with a digital, scalable enterprise. You’ll work within Deloitte’s Global Trade practice to design and implement technology-enabled business processes that improve compliance, efficiency, and innovation. You will analyze current systems, identify gaps, and craft customized SAP GTS solutions that support international trade operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex implementations and contribute to growing the SAP GTS practice. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct assessments of existing information systems to map gaps against business requirements during workshops * Assess and deploy technology solutions to support international trade management operations * Plan compliance activities and explore automated import/export solutions * Develop customized functional designs and document specifications with strong analytical focus * Support new business processes in global trade and related areas (supply chain) * Deliver implementation support for complex SAP projects in a fast-paced team setting * Share expertise through internal forums to strengthen Deloitte’s knowledge base * Contribute to the growth of the SAP GTS practice globally Tasks * Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting or industry experience * Experience implementing one or more SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference) * Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations * Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 (SD, MM, LE) * Bachelor’s degree in a legal, business or technology related field * Ability to travel up to 10% * Active accreditation or willingness to obtain: CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent or related certifications; SAP or Microsoft certifications are a plus Key requirements *
