Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this Manager role, you drive technology-enabled GTM programs for global clients, embedding trade controls into daily operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into GTM solutions and ensure compliant, efficient trade processes. You’ll lead implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle GTM modules, with opportunities to automate workflows and enhance reporting. This role offers exposure to a national advisory practice and high-impact global trade initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed GTM business requirements with clients * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, RPS, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, GTM Visibility) * Coordinate project milestones with clients and teams; identify process improvements and automation opportunities in Oracle GTM * Configure and implement GTM solutions to reflect business processes and reporting needs * Develop training materials and deliver end-user training * Ensure Oracle GTM compliance with regulations, standards, and policies * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery Tasks * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience across specified domains * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM modules and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration, integration (REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud), and data migration skills * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL; scripting for data manipulation/reporting is a plus * Analytical and modelling abilities * Ability to travel up to 50% * Hybrid work readiness (2-3 days in-person) * Accreditations: CPA or other listed designations (Attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customhouse Broker, CUSECO, CUSICO, etc.) or foreign equivalents * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
