Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this Manager role you lead technology-enabled GTM programs for multinational clients, embedding trade controls into daily operations. You will translate business needs into GTM configurations, drive timely milestones, and champion automation within Oracle GTM solutions. You’ll train client teams, ensure regulatory alignment, and collaborate across functions to deliver compliant, efficient global trade processes. This role offers impact across major trade regions and cross-functional client work. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed business requirements for GTM projects with clients and stakeholders * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate project milestones with teams and clients; identify process improvements and automation opportunities within Oracle GTM * Configure and implement Oracle GTM solutions to mirror business processes and reporting needs * Develop training materials and conduct end-user/client training * Ensure GTM solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, information management, information systems, computer science, business, finance or related field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience with knowledge in the specified GTM domains * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM modules and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration, integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud), and data migration skills * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL; scripting for data manipulation and reporting (advantage) * Good analytical and modeling skills * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Accreditations: CPA, Licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customhouse Broker’s License, CUSECO, CUSICO, or equivalent (as applicable) * Non-US credentials may apply where relevant Key requirements *
