Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Global Trade Management team, you drive technology-enabled GTM programs for multinational clients. You translate business needs into GTM configurations and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable trade solutions. You’ll help automate processes, tailor Oracle GTM deployments, and train client teams to enable sustainable global trade operations. This role blends advisory, implementation, and hands-on configuration in a dynamic, hybrid setting. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed GTM business requirements with clients and stakeholders * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate project milestones and identify process improvements/automation within Oracle GTM solutions * Configure and implement GTM software to mirror business processes and reporting needs * Develop training materials and conduct end-user trainings * Ensure GTM solutions comply with regulations and organizational policies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, business) for seamless delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oracle GTM project implementation with expertise in GTM domains * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration and integration skills (REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud) * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL; scripting for data manipulation and reporting * Analytical and modeling capabilities * Willingness to travel up to 50% * US immigration sponsorship may be limited * Active accreditations: CPA, Enrolled Agent, attorney, US Customhouse Broker’s License, CUSECO, CUSICO, or equivalent non-US credentials Key requirements *
