Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this role you drive technology-enabled GTM programs for multinational clients, embedding trade controls into daily operations. You work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into GTM configurations, manage project milestones, and enable compliant, efficient global trade processes. You’ll implement Oracle GTM solutions, develop user training, and support regulatory alignment. This position offers impact through optimizing clients’ global supply chains and compliance posture. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed GTM business requirements for projects * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to meet milestones and identify automation opportunities within Oracle GTM * Configure and implement GTM software to mirror business processes and reporting needs * Create training materials and conduct end-user trainings * Ensure GTM solutions comply with regulations, standards, and policies * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery Tasks * Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in-person * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience with domain knowledge across GTM modules * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration skills, and integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud) * SQL/PLSQL and scripting for data manipulation; good analytical skills * Ability to travel up to 50% * Licensing/accreditation options: CPA or alternative accreditations (Attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customs broker license, CUSECO, CUSICO) * US/foreign qualifications as applicable Key requirements *
