SAP/SF Payroll Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, you will drive the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for client engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will lead and mentor teams across workstreams while maintaining hands-on involvement to meet deadlines and ensure quality. You’ll build strong client relationships and contribute to project success throughout the engagement. This role sits within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology practice, focused on transforming workforce experiences through leading-edge HR solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to deliver results and support project success * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain hands-on involvement to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables are accurate * Build and maintain client and team relationships throughout engagements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll * including at least 2 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations * Ability to travel 0-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Experience in a consulting environment and leading teams (preferred) * Experience managing projects and monitoring issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Key requirements *
