Compensation / Benefits * Support configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to drive results and overall project success * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain hands-on involvement to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables are accurate * Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members throughout engagements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll * minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations * Ability to travel 0-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Experience in a consulting environment supporting enterprise clients * Experience leading teams and driving work to meet project timelines * Experience managing projects, monitoring issues, and escalating as needed Key requirements *
