SAP/SF Payroll Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, you enable clients to deploy payroll solutions that align with broader HR strategies. You will work within the HR Strategy & Technology team to deliver successful configurations and implementations across client engagements. You will lead workstreams, maintain hands-on involvement to meet deadlines, and cultivate strong client and team relationships. This role blends technical payroll expertise with project leadership to drive transform in workforce processes. Compensation / Benefits * Support the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to deliver results and contribute to overall project success * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate * Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members throughout the engagement Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll * including at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations * Ability to travel 0-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
