Experteer Overview As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, you will help clients configure and implement payroll solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll work on cross-functional client projects, guiding delivery and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You’ll lead teams across workstreams, manage deadlines, and foster strong client relationships. This role sits within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology practice, focusing on transforming the workforce experience through modern HR tech. You’ll contribute to impactful client transformations that scale HR capabilities and drive value. Compensation / Benefits * Support configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to deliver results and drive project success * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain a hands-on approach to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables are accurate * Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members throughout engagements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll * At least 2 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations * Ability to travel 0-50% as required * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
