Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to designing and delivering data engineering and AI-driven solutions for government clients. You will work across data migration, integration and validation to modernize platforms and scale capabilities within Deloitte’s US Delivery Center. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and shape strategy, delivering backlog-driven features for client processes. This position sits at the intersection of data, AI, and government service delivery, offering impact at scale. You will help build cutting-edge systems that power mission-critical outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and maintain AI-based data systems and user experiences * Engage in NLP activities, optimize prompts for LLMs, and review code/design * Develop and promote coding and data standards across the community * Collaborate with leadership to identify AI opportunities and shape strategy * Prioritize and build backlog for machine-learning enabled features Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience * 6+ years programming in Python or R with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras * 5+ years NLP/LLM experience, GenAI tech (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) * 2+ years ML algorithms (supervised/unsupervised) * Experience with cloud-hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Experience with big data technologies and programming languages (Angular, React, NodeJS, C#, .Net, Java, Golang, SQL) * Ability to travel ~10% Key requirements *
