Delivery Consultant, Data Engineering and Gen AI Conversion Solutions

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design, build, and operate data engineering and AI-driven solutions for government clients, enabling data migration, integration, and validation to modernize platforms. You will work with the GPS AI & Data team to apply NLP and GenAI technologies, influence strategy, and prioritize ML-enabled features. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to unlock AI opportunities and deliver high-quality, scalable data capabilities within Deloitte’s US Delivery Center model. This is a mission-driven position with meaningful impact on public sector outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and maintain AI-based data systems with focus on user experiences * Engage in NLP activities, refine prompts, and review code and designs for LLMs * Promote standards across the AI & Data community * Collaborate with leadership to identify AI opportunities and shape strategy * Build and prioritize backlog for future ML-enabled features * Support data migration, integration, and validation to modernize platforms Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience * 3+ years of Python or R programming with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) * 3+ years of NLP/LLM experience, GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) * 1+ years understanding of supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms * Experience with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Experience with big data technologies and web/mobile tech (Angular, React, NodeJS, C#, .Net, Java, Golang, SQL) * Ability to travel ~10% Key requirements *
