Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Experteer Overview In this role you will support SAP-enabled transformations for clients, guiding implementations from assessment through go-live and stabilization. You will deliver SAP Production Planning solutions to modernize manufacturing and transform supply chains, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role blends design, configuration, testing, and deployment with a focus on value realization for clients. You will contribute to the practice through knowledge sharing, coaching, and business development, helping shape large-scale SAP programs. Compensation / Benefits * Support solution lifecycle activities from assessment to post-go-live * Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions to modernize manufacturing and enable supply chain transformation * Configure SAP PP across core areas (MRP, production orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, PP-DS) * Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, mentoring junior practitioners, and business development support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 6+ years SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting or industry setting * 3+ years hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 in a primary SAP PP role * Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., MRP, production orders, shop floor control, PP-DS, Kanban) * 1+ year configuration and design experience in at least one SAP module outside PP (MM, QM, EWM, PM, TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities * professional development opportunities * broad range of benefits * flexible work arrangements * travel opportunities (up to 50%)
