Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive SAP PP-focused transformations for manufacturing clients, delivering end-to-end SAP PP solutions and supporting digital/transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, design future-state solutions, configure PP components, and guide deployments and stabilization. You will contribute to the practice through coaching, knowledge sharing, and business development support, helping clients modernize operations and unlock value. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions to modernize manufacturing operations and support supply chain transformation * Assess business requirements, analyze current processes, and design future-state PP solutions * Configure PP across core areas (MRP, production orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, PP-DS, etc.) * Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and internal initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 6+ years of SAP/ERP or consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm or industry environment * 3+ years hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 in a primary PP role * Experience configuring PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., MRP, production orders, shop floor control, PP-DS, MM integration) * 1+ year of configuration and solution design experience in at least one SAP module outside PP (MM, QM, EWM, PM, TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Inclusive culture and diversity * Professional development opportunities * Mentorship programs * Opportunities for growth and leadership * Broad range of benefits
