Senior Consultant - SAP PP

You will work with cross-functional teams to modernize core processes and enable digital transformation for leading organizations. You’ll tackle SAP PP implementations and related supply chain topics, delivering impactful results at scale. This role combines hands-on configuration, design, and collaboration in a dynamic consulting environment. You will contribute to practice growth and knowledge sharing while shaping impactful SAP deployments. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions to modernize manufacturing operations and support supply chain transformation * Assess business requirements, current-state processes, and design future-state SAP PP solutions * Configure SAP PP across core areas: MRP, production orders, master data, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, repetitive/process manufacturing * Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, and supporting business development Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 6+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 in a primary PP role * Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas (e.g., PP-D, PP-PI, MRP/MRP Live, production/order types, shop floor control, capacity planning, PP-DS, Kanban) * 1+ year of configuration and design experience in at least one SAP module outside PP (e.g., MM, QM, EWM, PM, TM) * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits
