Job description
- HRIS Administration
- Maintain and support HRIS platforms (e.g. UKG or similar systems)
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data through regular audits
- Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports
- Create dashboards and metrics to support HR and business decisions
- Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights
- Support internal and external audits with required data
- Integrations & Data Management
- Manage HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems
- Monitor and resolve file transfer issues (e.g., EDI feeds)
- Ensure proper data mapping and system compatibility
- Support data migration and system implementation
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements
- Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 4-year Degree (Bachelors) in related field or equivalent, preferred
Experience:
- 2-5 years’ hands-on experience supporting HRIS systems or HR/payroll operations
- 2-5 years’ hands-on experience with UKG suite of products
- Configuration of UKG Pro WFM and UKG Pro, strongly preferred
- 2+ years UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM consulting, strongly preferred
Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to support end users
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file transfers, and data interfaces (e.g., EDI)
- Understanding of system configuration, workflows, and user security roles
- Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system migrations
- Experience in a multi-state or global organization
Certifications/Licenses:
- UKG Pro Workforce Management Certification, preferred
