Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients optimize global trade programs through technology-enabled GTM solutions. You will work within Deloitte’s Global Trade Advisory practice to align trade processes with regulatory requirements and drive efficiency in multinational supply chains. You’ll translate business needs into GTM configurations, collaborate across teams, and enable compliant, scalable operations. This is a hands-on, policy-aware position that shapes how clients manage imports/exports at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed business requirements for GTM projects with clients and stakeholders * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade master data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate with project teams and clients to meet milestones; identify process improvements and automation opportunities within Oracle GTM * Configure and implement GTM software to replicate business processes and analytics needs * Develop training materials and conduct end-user trainings * Ensure Oracle GTM solutions comply with regulations, standards, and policies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, business) to ensure seamless service delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, information management, information systems, computer science, business, finance or related field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience with knowledge of Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM modules and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration, integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud), and data migration skills * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting for data manipulation and reporting; strong analytical and modeling abilities * Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to operate in a hybrid work model * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Active accreditations preferred (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customs Broker License, CUSECO, CUSICO) or equivalents * Preferred certifications include Oracle GTM or Oracle Cloud SCM; familiarity with export control regulations ITAR/EAR Key requirements *
