Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Global Trade Management (GTM) team, you drive technology-enabled GTM programs for clients, embedding international trade controls into daily operations. You will translate business needs into GTM specifications, coordinate delivery, and identify automation opportunities within Oracle GTM. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions and develop end-user training. This role offers global scope, proximity to clients, and impact on global supply chains in a leading professional services context. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed GTM requirements with clients and stakeholders * Translate requirements into functional/technical specifications for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate with project teams to meet milestones and drive process improvements/automation within Oracle GTM * Configure and implement GTM solutions to mirror business processes and analytical needs * Develop training materials and conduct end-user/client training sessions * Ensure GTM solutions comply with regulations, standards, and policies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, business) for seamless service delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience * Strong knowledge of GTM domains (Trade Master Data, RPS, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM and external systems * Proficiency in Oracle GTM configuration, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, SQL/PL-SQL * Analytical and modeling skills; willingness to travel up to 50% * Active accreditations such as CPA, Enrolled Agent, attorney, US Customhouse Broker, CUSECO, CUSICO, or equivalents * Preferred: Oracle GTM/Cloud SCM certification * Knowledge of export controls (ITAR/EAR) * Ability to design out-of-the-box, cross-functional collaboration * Attention to end-to-end process design Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * hybrid work model * accommodations for disabilities * professional development opportunities
