Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Global Trade Management practice, you lead technology-enabled GTM programs that embed trade controls into day-to-day business. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into GTM configurations, drive delivery milestones, and explore automation opportunities within Oracle GTM. Your work supports global import/export compliance and efficiency across client supply chains. This role offers a chance to shape sophisticated trade solutions for multinational clients while collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team. You will leverage Oracle GTM expertise to deliver measurable business impact and enable scalable compliance programs. Compensation / Benefits * Partner with clients to capture and document GTM requirements * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate with project teams to meet milestones and identify process improvements within Oracle GTM solutions * Configure and implement GTM software to replicate business processes and analytical needs * Develop training materials and deliver end-user sessions * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support Tasks * Hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days on-site in the US * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, information management/systems, computer science, business, finance or related field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and data migration skills * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting; strong analytical and modeling abilities * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Active accreditation: CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customhouse Broker’s License, CUSECO, CUSICO, or equivalents Key requirements *
