Cisco Network Security Engineer/ Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you design, deploy, and optimize Cisco security solutions while aligning technical work with client objectives. You influence security architecture across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, compliant outcomes. You’ll lead security projects that shape clients’ transformation journeys and risk posture. This role offers meaningful impact through advanced Cisco technologies and cloud integrations. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Cisco FTD/FMC across enterprise environments (on-prem, virtual, cloud) * Implement and support Cisco ISE capabilities, including 802.1X NAC, profiling, guest lifecycle, and TrustSec * Configure and tune IPS, malware protection, URL filtering, DNS security, SSL/TLS decryption policies * Deploy and integrate Cisco Secure Firewall in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with centralized policy management * Develop client-facing security architectures, integrate Cisco with SIEM and automation tools, and craft recommendations aligned to compliance and business goals * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Provide clear guidance to others Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * CCNP Security or CCIE Security * 5+ years in network security engineering with Cisco security technologies * 5+ years deploying and managing Cisco FTD/FMC in enterprise environments (physical, virtual, cloud) * 5+ years designing/implementing Cisco ISE (distributed nodes, HA, patching, upgrades) * 3+ years with ISE 802.1X NAC, guest workflows, TrustSec, and Cisco security features across AWS/Azure/GCP * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities
