Cisco Network Security Engineer/ Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help design and implement Cisco security solutions to protect client networks as part of Deloitte’s Cyber team. You will work across enterprise environments, guiding security architecture and cloud integrations to support resilient, secure digital transformations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful risk-reducing capabilities and executive-ready recommendations. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position with opportunities to lead projects and shape security strategy. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy and manage Cisco FTD and FMC across physical, virtual, and cloud environments * Implement and support Cisco ISE, including 802.1X, device profiling, guest lifecycle, and TrustSec segmentation * Configure and tune advanced security features (IPS, malware protection, URL filtering, DNS security, SSL/TLS decryption) * Deploy and integrate Cisco Secure Firewall solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with centralized policy management for hybrid environments * Develop client-facing security architectures, integrate Cisco with SIEM and automation tools, and deliver aligned recommendations Tasks * 5+ years of experience in network security engineering with Cisco security technologies * 5+ years designing, deploying, and managing FTD and FMC in enterprise environments (physical, virtual, cloud) * 5+ years designing and implementing Cisco ISE (distributed nodes, HA, patch/upgrade planning) * 3+ years ISE 802.1X NAC, guest lifecycle, profiling, TrustSec, and Cisco security features including IPS, malware protection, URL filtering, DNS-based security, SSL/TLS decryption, cloud firewall deployments in AWS/Azure/GCP * CCNP Security or CCIE Security * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities
