Cisco Network Security Engineer/ Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Cyber team, you design and implement Cisco security architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and compliance needs. The role focuses on deploying Cisco security platforms, integrating SIEM and automation, and delivering executive-ready recommendations. This is a senior, impact-driven position at a leading cybersecurity consulting practice. You will shape resilient, secure digital transformations for diverse clients. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Cisco FTD and FMC across enterprise environments (physical, virtual, cloud) * Implement and support Cisco ISE capabilities including 802.1X, device profiling, guest lifecycle, and TrustSec * Configure and tune IPS, malware protection, URL filtering, DNS-based security, SSL/TLS decryption policies * Deploy and integrate Cisco Secure Firewall in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with centralized policy management * Develop client-facing security architectures and integrate Cisco platforms with SIEM and automation tools * Provide recommendations aligning technical requirements with compliance and business objectives Tasks * 5+ years in network security engineering with Cisco technologies * 5+ years deploying Cisco FTD, FMC in enterprise environments (physical, virtual, cloud cdFMC) * 5+ years designing and implementing Cisco ISE with HA, patch management, upgrade planning * 3+ years with Cisco ISE 802.1X, guest lifecycle, profiling, TrustSec, and Cisco security capabilities including IPS, URL filtering, SSL/TLS decryption, cloud firewall deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities
