Experteer Overview In this role you will rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for clients, embedding with client teams to translate business needs into impactful AI-enabled outcomes. You will work within an FDE pod to deliver production-quality code and reusable assets, while mentoring junior colleagues and engaging stakeholders. The position blends hands-on engineering, solution design, and client leadership to drive measurable business impact from day one. You’ll contribute to end-to-end delivery, demos, and knowledge transfer, shaping enterprise AI platforms at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into practical solutions * Collaborate with leaders, product owners, architects, and engineers to align priorities and delivery * Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive outcomes, prototype AI solutions using domain expertise * Mentor and contribute within the FDE pod, coaching newer team members * Build client trust, manage expectations, and support long-term engagement success * Support sales and delivery with demos/POCs, proposals, and knowledge transfer * Develop AI-enabled platforms and reusable engineering patterns, including prompt libraries and runbooks * Deliver production-quality code with CI/CD, testing, logging, and documentation * Design extensible functionality and ensure alignment with senior team members Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering * 7+ years of software/data/analytics engineering experience * 5+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments * 5+ years Databricks experience with Lakeflow Connect, Lakebase, Agent Bricks, Model Serving, Genie, or Databricks Apps * 5+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions * 3+ years building maintainable code with CI/CD in Databricks * Willingness to travel ~50% and ability to obtain US government security clearance Key requirements *
