Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Oracle HCM Cloud integration workstreams for public sector clients, translating business, technical, and security needs into reliable cloud-enabled HR solutions. You’ll guide design discussions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery from strategy to go-live. You’ll contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets and coaching, helping clients transform HR with AI-enabled technologies. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integration workstream from strategy to deployment, aligning with business, functional, technical, and security requirements * Serve as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions and communicating delivery status, risks, and decisions * Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation * Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams, delegating work and ensuring high-quality outcomes * Establish integration quality and testing approaches, oversee system testing, and manage cutover and post-production stabilization * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues with timely escalation * Contribute to the Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practitioner coaching Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
