Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manager on the Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations team, you drive end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for public sector Oracle Cloud HCM deployments. You will lead cross-functional, client-facing design discussions and ensure secure, high-quality solutions. Your work spans architecture, data mapping, testing, and go-live support, with a focus on enabling HR transformation through AI-enabled technologies. You will mentor practitioners and contribute to reusable assets to scale delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations workstream from strategy to deployment * Serve as senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and communicating status, risks, and decisions * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation * Manage cross-functional technical teams, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality outcomes * Define integration quality and testing approaches, oversee system/integration testing, and support cutover and stabilization * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues across client and Deloitte teams * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practitioner coaching Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
