Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for client projects within Deloitte’s Government & Public Services HR Transformation team. You will serve as a senior advisor to clients, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges while coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams. You’ll own the end-to-end integration design, testing, risk management, and post-go-live support, contributing to reusable assets and practitioner coaching. This is a chance to shape HR technology and drive transformation in a public sector context. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment * Serve as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions and communicating status and decisions * Direct design and implementation of inbound/outbound integrations, including data mapping, error handling, security, and end-to-end validation * Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams, delegating tasks and ensuring high-quality outcomes * Establish integration quality and testing approaches; oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover/production stabilization * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues; escalate as needed across client and Deloitte teams * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practitioner coaching Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain required Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
