Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for public sector clients, guiding strategy through deployment. You’ll serve as a senior client advisor, shaping designs and resolving complex integration issues. You will oversee inbound/outbound integrations, data mapping, and security considerations while coordinating across cross-functional teams. You’ll drive quality, manage risks, and contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets and coaching. This is a role that combines technical leadership with client impact in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
