Senior Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer - GPS

Experteer Overview In this Senior Palantir FDE role, you’ll prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for government and public sector clients, collaborating with senior client and technical teams to achieve tangible business impact. You will shape solutions, mentor teammates, and contribute to reusable assets while driving end-to-end delivery and client value. The position blends hands-on engineering with strategic engagement and scalable AI platforms. This role offers meaningful impact through AI-enabled modernization and cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Embed with clients to translate high-value GenAI use cases into actionable solutions * Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineers to align delivery priorities * Lead working sessions to shape solutions and drive outcomes * Prototype and deliver working AI solutions leveraging industry expertise * Mentor newer team members within an FDE pod and contribute reusable components * Develop demos/POCs and support proposals to enable smooth client handoffs * Build AI-enabled solutions, agentic platforms, and workflows across enterprise AI platforms * Apply scalable engineering patterns, CI/CD, testing, logging, and documentation * Contribute code, runbooks, and reference implementations for reuse * Design extensible functionality and coordinate sprint work with senior team members * Manage end-to-end delivery while maintaining high quality and security considerations * Engage client teams and program stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous delivery environments Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering * 7+ years of software/data/analytics engineering experience * 1+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production settings * 1+ years Palantir experience (Foundry, AIP, Maven) * 1+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions * 1+ years building reliable, maintainable, well-documented code * Ability to travel ~50% and obtain US government security clearance * Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
