Experteer Overview In this role you work with industry-leading clients to modernize operations through shop floor digitization and digital supply chain solutions. You’ll define use cases, support implementations, and help drive operational excellence across the manufacturing value chain. Collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll contribute to MES configurations, system integrations, and deployment activities. This is a hands-on consulting position that blends engineering rigor with cross-functional collaboration to deliver tangible efficiency and traceability gains. You will join a team focused on transforming manufacturing operations at scale and delivering value across production, QA Compensation / Benefits * Define use cases for work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance management * Support shop floor digitization and operations programs across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory * Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration and integration with ERP, automation, and data platforms * Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption across project phases * Support development and implementation activities for manufacturing execution systems and communicate progress to leadership * Support process integration, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and delivery of Smart Factory and digital supply chain solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related discipline * 3+ years of experience in core manufacturing processes and plant floor operations * SQL experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
