Cloud Security Senior Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role, you will advance cloud security engagements for Azure across governance, identity, data protection, AI security, and more. You’ll work with clients to assess security needs, design mitigations, and deliver concrete recommendations and reports. You’ll contribute to business development and practice development within Microsoft cloud security. The position sits on the Cloud Cyber Risk team, embedding security into digital transformation and protecting clients’ cloud journeys. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to shape security architectures and services at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, platform as a service security, infrastructure security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Perform cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments * Engage with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and recommend configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, technical research, and practice development in Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 4+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, solution design, or cloud security implementation in Azure * 4+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid cloud * 4+ years designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience with architecting security on Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services like Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI (data protection, IAM, and model scanning) * Ability to travel ~50% and potential for limited immigration sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
