Cloud Security Senior Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role, you will help secure client Azure environments and AI services as part of Deloitte’s Cloud Cyber Risk team. You’ll work on governance, identity, and security across Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, designing and delivering risk-driven security solutions. You’ll engage directly with clients to translate requirements into actionable security configurations and remediation steps. You’ll produce assessments, architecture diagrams, and compliance reports while contributing to practice development and knowledge sharing. This is a hands-on, consultative role with impact across security strategy and delivery in a leading professional services firm. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, app security, PaaS, infrastructure, AI security, monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Conduct cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews for Azure, Entra ID, and M365 * Engage with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and recommend cloud security configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, and practice development activities related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 4+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, design, or cloud security in Azure environments * 4+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid clouds * 4+ years designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience in architecting security on Microsoft Azure, including AI services like Foundry or Azure OpenAI (data protection, IAM, and model scanning) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * accommodations for people with disabilities * mentorship and growth programs
