Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud specialist, you will deliver functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement within Deloitte’s AMS engagements. You will coordinate incident, change, and release processes while guiding business process optimization and design for Oracle Retail modules. You’ll collaborate with business and tech teams to drive stability, automation, and transformation, and you may support retail implementations when they arise. This role blends hands-on delivery with cross-team communication and leadership, in a flexible, project-based model. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud applications (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) in an AMS setting * Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes; coordinate testing and stakeholder engagement * Drive business process optimization and functional design; analyze requirements * Collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance automation, performance, and transformation initiatives * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in projects, potentially prioritizing implementation work * Maintain regular communication with Engagement Managers and project teams; escalate matters as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagement Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * remote or onsite client service delivery * limited immigration sponsorship may be available * reasonable accommodations for participation in recruitment process
