Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, you will deliver ongoing functional support, enhancements, and transformation for Oracle Retail Cloud applications within Deloitte’s AMS framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage incidents and releases, and drive stability and automation for MFCS, PCS, IMCS and related modules. The role blends support and implementation focus, with opportunities to lead workstreams and contribute to long-term solutions. This is a client-facing, collaborative role that supports both ongoing operations and project-based deployments in a flexible, PTM-enabled environment. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Lead business process optimization, requirements analysis, and functional design * Coordinate testing and manage stakeholder engagement across IT and business teams * Support integration between Oracle Retail modules and related systems * Assist in retail implementation projects when Deloitte is engaged as the lead * Communicate with Engagement Managers and project teams, elevating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of Oracle Retail, Oracle RMS packaged solution experience * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT discipline * Willingness to travel ~10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program
